Questions
and answers

Questions that come up most often in conversations about growing a company, strategy, marketing and brand - with answers you can work with.

When you have many ideas for growing your company, don't start by rating which one is the most exciting. First define what the company needs at its current stage and what result you want to achieve.

It's worth testing every idea against a few things: what problem it solves, what business effect it can bring, how much time, people and money it requires, how quickly you can verify its potential, and what you will have to give up if you decide to pursue it.

In growing companies the problem is often not a lack of options but their excess. A new product, market, campaign, AI, partnership or hiring another person can all make sense - just not necessarily now, and not necessarily all at once.

A good strategy helps you set the order. It doesn't only answer "what can we do?" but above all: "what makes the most sense now, and what do we consciously not do?"
