Who I am
My name is Marta Duczman. I am a strategist, marketer, PCC coach and entrepreneur. I work with people who create companies, brands and solutions that bring value to the world.
I have always been interested in how people work: what drives their decisions, who they trust, what they need and what helps them grow. For me, this understanding is the foundation of good strategy and marketing, not an addition to them.
I connect the perspectives of people, business and the market. I help clarify direction, name what truly matters and translate decisions into solutions that can be put into practice.

Behind every company are people: their intentions, decisions, relationships, talents and limitations.
That is why I do not separate strategy from the person who must lead it. I do not design marketing without understanding the customer. I do not propose change that the team cannot sustain.
Technology and AI can accelerate work, but they cannot replace trust, responsibility or sound decisions. I look for solutions that are human, strategic and effective at the same time.

I most often work with entrepreneurs, leaders and experts who are navigating change or building something new. I do not arrive with a single method or an answer to everything. I listen, ask questions, bring perspective and speak honestly about what I see. Together we choose a direction and translate it into concrete decisions and action.

The experience I bring together
For over 15 years I have worked across strategy, marketing, communication and business development. I have led thousands of campaigns and projects and supported teams and leaders in Poland and internationally.
As a PCC coach and certified Human Design consultant, I can work not only with the plan, but also with the person who must bring that plan to life.
I build my own brands, programmes and communities. I know business from the perspective of the concept, but also from everyday decisions, risk, change, responsibility and execution.
