Akademia Rozkwitu
Akademia Rozkwitu is a space for developing awareness and experience-based practice. It was created for women who want to support others - in circles, teams and communities.
This is not education built on quick methods or spiritual shortcuts. It is a space where we grow through practice, relationship and responsibility for the impact we have on other people.
Here a leader is never alone. Other women always stand behind her.

An introductory programme in the craft of holding circles and building women's communities: holding space, healthy boundaries in group work, responsible facilitation and creating local support communities.

An advanced programme for women who work with people: presence, emotional maturity, working with group dynamics and responsibility for the processes they lead.

Rites of Passage in Circle
A programme for women working with other women: stages of human development, closing important life chapters and leading rites of passage within the safe structure of a circle.

The Strefa Liderki platform
A community of women who hold circles, build local support communities and support other women in their cities and countries.
